POINTS:

• If we are truly Christians, God’s DNA is going to show as we grow.

• We are both a people without excuse and a people with incredible hope.

• Slow is the way of the Kingdom.

• Blessed are the slow.

• SLOW: the Supernatural Life Others Want.

• In general, we overestimate what we can get done in a year and underestimate what we can get done in 5.

• The Kingdom of God moves at the speed of seed.

• Grace is the undeserved favor of an unobligated God.

• Though we are saved by faith alone, we are not saved by a faith that stays alone.

• Are there places in our hearts where we think God is obligated to us or that we deserve His favor?

• Growth takes our diligence and intentionality.

• In 2 Peter 1:5-7, “add” means “financial backing”.

• Three prices:

1. Face-to-face time with God

2. Philadelphia love, “sibling love”

3. Submission to God’s will: letting trials train you

• In marriage, there are three ways in which you connect relationally: back-to-back, side-by-side, and face-to-face.

• Face-to-face is intimacy. It’s romance, it’s raw, and it’s real.

• Blessed are the SLOW: the Supernatural Life Others Want.
